ABOUT FRED

Fred Vilensky, EA is a tax practitioner licensed to practice before the IRS and state tax authorities.
He is a U.S. Army Veteran. He is the founder of Vilensky & Company LLC, a firm that is focused on taxpayer representation before the various taxing authorities and providing accounting and tax services to small and mid-size businesses and individuals.
He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Lewis-Clark State College in 2015. He became licensed tax practitioner in 2018. He began his career to become a tax practitioner in 2005 as a law enforcement officer while pursuing a degree in criminal justice. During his law enforcement career, He conducted countless investigations , interviews, and provided courtroom testimony many times gaining familiarity with the court system.  He gained critical skills that are needed to provide competent representation before the various taxing authorities, conduct forensic accounting, and records reconstruction, as well as business consulting. He has extensive knowledge in business structure and provides support in that area for new startups
.
When he is not at work, you can find him spending time with his family and friends. He enjoys traveling, camping, meeting new people, skiing in the winter in between tax returns, plowing out the neighbors, and enjoying every new day that God gives us.
